Season 8!

As we get ready to start our eighth season in Puerto Vallarta, we’ve been reflecting on what these eight years truly mean to us.

It’s thousands of nights, endless cocktails, hundreds of shows, regulars coming back each year, and new guests joining us for the first time. Most of all, it’s eight years of discovering what makes Chachalaca special.

For us, it all begins with what’s in your glass.

We’ve always believed a great bar should serve great drinks. That’s why we use quality ingredients, craft our cocktails with care, and offer a menu with more than you’d expect. Whether it’s a signature cocktail, a martini, a margarita, or one of our new Zero Proof options, we want every drink to be something we’re proud to serve.

But Chachalaca is about more than just drinks.

Entertainment is now a big part of who we are, and we’re proud that our stage gives local talent in Puerto Vallarta a place to perform, grow, and connect with the audience. Our shows highlight the entertainers who make this city such a lively place to live and visit. When you spend an evening with us, you support local performers and everyone working behind the scenes to make those nights happen.

And then there’s something you can’t list on a menu: the experience.

After eight years, we know there are lots of places to choose from in Puerto Vallarta. We’re always grateful when you pick Chachalaca. Whether you come for Happy Hour, a 9 PM show, to try a new cocktail, or just to catch up with friends, our goal is simple: we want you to enjoy your time here.

That commitment has helped us through eight years of changes, challenges, celebrations, and many unforgettable nights.

As we start our eighth season, we don’t just want to repeat what we’ve done before. We want to keep making our drinks better, keep supporting local entertainers, and keep finding new ways to improve the Chachalaca experience.

We’re incredibly proud to have reached eight seasons in Puerto Vallarta.
